My toddler loves this one and he gets a serving of each: milk, fruit, and veggie!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped kale
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons peanuts
- ½ cup milk
- ½ frozen banana
- 3 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Step 1
Blend kale, yogurt, and peanuts together in a blender until smooth. Add milk, banana, strawberries, and maple syrup and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Cook’s Notes:
Substitute any type of juice for the milk. If you choose to substitute juice for the milk, blend juice with kale, yogurt, and peanuts until smooth. If you over-blend with milk, it may become too thick and frozen ingredients become frothy.
