My husband begs me to make this pasta recipe with sun-dried tomatoes and feta. You’ll love the surprisingly great mixture of flavors. Feel free to tailor the ingredient amounts to your taste. This is how we like it, but it is quite flexible.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
- 1 (8 ounce) package tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, softened and chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and return pasta to the pot.
Step 2
Mix Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic into pasta. Stir in cilantro; season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
