This almond milk frappuccino is a light, frozen coffee drink that is easily adaptable. I have substituted Starbucks VIA instant coffee for the espresso shots, and I sometimes add a handful of chocolate chips to the blender.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
- 2 shots brewed espresso, chilled
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Blend ice, almond milk, espresso, and honey in a blender until smooth.
Cook’s Note:
Any sweetener can be used in place of honey.
