Almond Milk Frappuccino

This almond milk frappuccino is a light, frozen coffee drink that is easily adaptable. I have substituted Starbucks VIA instant coffee for the espresso shots, and I sometimes add a handful of chocolate chips to the blender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 2 shots brewed espresso, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Directions

Step 1
Blend ice, almond milk, espresso, and honey in a blender until smooth.

Cook’s Note:

Any sweetener can be used in place of honey.
