Make cauliflower in the air fryer for a great, easy side dish that pairs well with any protein. I’ve used smoked paprika, a favorite of mine, but feel free to add your favorite flavors.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
Directions
Step 1
Gather all ingredients.
Step 2
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 3
Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
Step 4
Place coated cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer and cook to desired crispness, about 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Tips
After 15 minutes, the cauliflower will still have some crunch; cook for an additional 5 minutes if you want it softer. The timing really depends on the size of the cauliflower, so check frequently.
