I have been roasting asparagus in my air fryer since I got it. It is absolutely the best way to cook asparagus. I cook mine the same way as you do except that I omit the garlic because I am allergic and instead I just zest some n rind to give some brightness to the flavor. 5 stars all the way!

Tasted good and prep was easy. However, the parmesan tends to fall off and toast. Which is ok, since you can shake it out on top of the asparagus at the end.

I made this. I only use the olive oil, garlic powder and little black pepper and kosher salt.

I followed directions except used less Parmesan cheese than called for. They were fast and easy, I’ll give you that. But very dry and even though I cooked them for 9 minutes (and they were thin!) they were still underdone in places. And my freshly grated Parm just fell off off the spears as another reviewer mentioned. Next time I’d cook them longer. Or maybe just go back to roasting them.

I didn?t have some of the ingredients so I used my own. All in all this is a quick and easy recipe that tastes really good.

If I can microwave fish, I should be able to AirFry things too.
Short on time, I washed then sprayed with Olive oil then sprinkled on all but the red pepper as I never really cared for it. On the parchment I (forgot the actual setting, perhaps “drumstick” sorry 72 & counting) and instead of 40 min, set to 8 min. Might have preferred 9 min for a little more crunch.

With mine I had to run about 14 minutes before they where done, I also would add a little bit of lime or lemon on top.

Based on Yoly’s photo her air fryer is HUGE.
Mine is much smaller but it worked. The prep and seasoning were great … I followed the recipe exactly, but the next time I will just bake them in the oven versus my air fryer as I didn’t see any obvious benefit.
I enjoyed this recipe. We try a new recipe every 2 weeks and this was tonights!!

Easy peasy. I Wonder if frozen asparagus straight to air fryer would work?

Our asparagus was a title thick so 10 min in air fryer was perfect. Watch out for those red peppers flakes!

Sprayed with canola oil and air fry/ grill setting. Also added a little lemon pepper! ????

Absolutely delicious! I cooked mine a little longer and did not add garlic powder. This recipe is a keeper!

These asparagus were surprisingly addictive, which is pretty amazing considering I don’t even generally like vegetables. This recipe is easy, quick and delicious My air fryer only registers temperature in 10 degree increments, so I cooked mine at 380 for 8 minutes, which was perfect. Additionally, my fryer is small than the one in the video so I had to break the longer spears in half to fit. I will definitely be making these again.
