Thanks to the air fryer, there is no need to fire up the grill or heat up the house for these simple buttery grilled peaches. This recipe can easily be doubled to serve 4 if you have a large enough basket.
Ingredients
- 1 medium firm peach, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Place peach halves flesh side down in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until sugar has dissolved.
Step 4
Using tongs, flip peaches over so that they are flesh side up. Brush butter mixture over the top, filling the pit cavity with any excess. Cook for 6 minutes more.
Step 5
Let peaches cool for 5 minutes. Top each half with a scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately.
