    I made this dish in my air fryer and it turned out great! I marinated the chicken (chicken thighs, bone in and with skin) for about 24 hours, put it in the air fryer (my first time using one) and it came out great. No fuss and no mess. I’ll definitely make this again. Delicious!

    Great base for cooking the chicken. Just a note, only the small pieces cooked in 18 min. The large ones I had to pierce the bottom of and cook 3-5 more minutes. Though the temp read 165 degrees, they were still pink and bloody.

    This was the first thing I cooked in my new Air Fryer. It’s easy and the seasonings stay on the meat. It does need to cook longer then the recipe says, but it could be the size of the thighs that took longer to cook.

    Yummy! I added olive oil and crushed garlic. I cooked 2 at a time for 9 minutes, then turn them over. I cooked extra to make chicken salad. Moist and delicious- a definite keeper.

    I used bbq sauce instead of the seasonings listed in the recipe. This was the first time using the air fryer for chicken thighs. I think the basket was too close to the top and blackened the skin way before cooking the middle of the chicken. In the future I think I will bake at least half of the time first and then maybe the last 7-10 minutes switch to the air fryer option.

    Very tasty recipe and super easy. We had skinless thighs, which wasn’t a problem. We also had 6 thighs instead of 4, so I turned them twice and added 5 more minutes to the end of the original 20 minutes. They were perfect.

    Seasoning worked well, but I didn’t bother measuring. Using 3 skinless thighs instead of 4 with skin, it needed less time to cook. I’ve tried many air fry chicken recipes and this so far has turned out the best. Just periodically check the cook since it varies with both fryer and meat selection.

    This is a super easy quick dinner. I used boneless skinless thighs and it worked great, very moist and evenly browned. I cooked it 19 min at 400 and flipped after 12 min. Perfect 165f.

    The flavor was great, but the chicken was dry. I am playing with time and temp to get a juicy piece of chicken. My last batch was done at 380 degrees for 14 minutes, still dry internal temp of 185.

    This was the first recipe I made after I got an air fryer lid for my InstantPot. The chicken was delicious and the skin was crisp. I thought the seasoning was perfect. I cooked the thighs skin-side up for 20 minutes, but they weren’t quite done, so I turned them upside down and cooked them for another 6 minutes. That was enough to have the chicken thoroughly cooked. I got a thumbs-up from the guys in my family!

    Definitely takes longer than the time suggested from this recipe. Cooking time is ATLEAST 30 minutes! Besides having to adjust the cooking time my teenage son loved the finished result, crispy skin withOUT having to fry it.

    This is the first thing I?ve made using the air fry function on my new Ninja Foodi 6.5 quart Pressure Cooker Tender Crisper. My husband absolutely loved it! It has great flavor and is completely done on both sides good and crispy and I didn?t have to turn it over at all. I put four chicken thighs in skin side up and cooked them on air fry for 30 minutes.     GREAT recipe. I like a bit more flavor, maybe more salt. I haven’t figured it out yet, but this is a good starter recipe for sure. I cooked one thigh at a time at 30 minutes as I have a smaller fryer (I think). All in all, good stuff! Thank you for the recipe!

    I love how crispy the skin came out. The chicken was juicy and tender. Also was full of flavor. I had a bone in chicken thigh. I cooked for 25 minutes.

    This looks great…but none of the recipes say whether to use the drip tray or not. Need to know when to use it and when not to.

    Have prepared this several times. Husband loves it! Since just the 2 of us at home now, 4 thighs in the air fryer easy peasy! Agree with cooking a bit longer. Seasoning as stated good for us but may do little experimenting. ??

    Needed to increase cooking time! I don’t know where they came up with 20 minutes. I ended up going for 30, then I still put them in oven. There was just a bit too much pink for me. That bothers me with chicken. I will not use this receipe again. Very disappointed.

    Tried making it, it smoked so much after 3 minutes it set the smoke alarms in the basement and 2nd floor off. Kitchen was full of smoke, had to abort, put it in a pan and cooked it in the oven. Doesn’t work in my Philips Air Fryer. Maybe outside, but then I would just use the Weber.

    One of the first things I cooked with my new air fryer. Definitely takes longer than recipe calls for – 30 minutes. Thighs turned out great and tasted great. Easy to cook.

    I made these exactly as posted. The only difference was after I dried the chicken and applied the spices, I put them in the fridge to marinate for about 3 hours prior to cooking. The taste was through out the entire chicken. Excellent recipe Bibi!

    Great recipe for my new air fryer. Easy recipe with lots of flavor. I also had to cook longer than suggested, esp since I wanted deep golden color so I cooked for 25 minutes. I tried with skin and without and cook time still longer than the recipe. I tried this recipe for wings and then added buffalo sauce – amazing. My family loved the thighs so this is a keeper.

    This recipe for chicken thighs was great! I followed the recipe as listed. Didn?t change a thing. Thighs were juicy. The skin was crispy! My son loved them. No leftovers. Now I need a good air fryer recipe for chicken breast.

    This is the first time I’ve cooked chicken thighs in ages and these were so delicious. I used boneless, skinless thighs and because they were so large I had to use my rack to double up in the air fryer. They were done in 23 minutes.

    Tasty, Quick, what’s not to love about this recipe?! the whole family loved it! made it as written and they came out perfect. Only problem I had was I didn’t make enough for 2nds. Thanks for sharing this with us. I have already been asked to make it again and its only been 4 days since I made it!!!

    I omitted the black pepper and added a generous seasoning of Lemon pepper. I love lemon garlic chicken. This came out juicy, delicious and I added 3 minutes per side because my chicken thighs were huge. Came out perfect!

    Loved this recipe! So did my hubby:)
    I’m not sure where skin-on boneless thighs are sold, so I just went with the skin-on with bone chicken thighs. The bone-in adds more moisture to the meat! The thighs cooked for about 23 min, to ensure 165 degrees internal temp. I used McCormick Organic Smoked Paprika; was expecting a smokier flavor. But overall, a very tasty dish! Forgot to take a pic :/

    Used bone-in thighs with skin and cooked for 20 min in my Ninja air fryer. Had 6 large pieces and cooked 3 at a time so as not to crowd. Delicious and perfectly cooked! The crispy skin was the best part. Hubby loved it. Would use less salt next time.

    The thighs were so delicious but had to air-fry them a little longer. It could have been because they had the bones in and were not skinless. My grocery store didn’t have the skinless, boneless ones but regardless, they were so tasty can’t wait to cook them again.

Spice mix could?ve used a coupla shakes of Ancho chile powder, which they got. No mess or overpowering smell of a fryolator was the overwhelming bonus of this method

    Was helpful for the time needed, although mine took about 30 minutes to cook. I used 2 min timer after the 18 min to check it. I’m new to air frying. Spices were okay.

    Really good quick way to cook chicken to cut up later to add to salad or whatever! You can always use with bone in, just cook a bit longer! Will keep this handy for a fast fix!

    The chicken thighs were delicious but my air fryer was really smoking! Had to open up the windows & turn on the fan. I used bone in thighs…next time I’ll try boneless, skinless thighs or omit the olive oil.

    Delicious! I forgot the olive oil and once I realized it, I used canola cooking spray and sprayed the skin. Still came out crispy and yummy! Will make again.
