- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Step 1
Place one flour tortilla onto a large microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle with Cheddar, then top with remaining tortilla. Microwave on high until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Slice like a pizza to serve.
