Salmon steaks are seasoned with dried Italian seasonings, cooked on the grill, and then finished with a sprinkle of fresh lime juice. "Delicious! I used a thick fillet and broiled it," says ChristineM. "Nice change from our usual Dijon/dill/lemon combinations. I will definitely make this one again!"

Chinese five-spice powder is the secret ingredient here. "This is a very easy method to make any type of mild-flavored fish—flounder, halibut, cod, catfish, or tilapia are great candidates," says Anonymous.

"Tuna steaks are dressed up with a dreamy garlic-herb cream sauce," says thedailygourmet. "I served mine on top of wilted spinach."

Rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, and a dash of Asian hot sauce give this broiled salmon a sweet and sour, slightly spicy flavor profile. Chef John says, "This simple recipe makes a great salmon glaze. The sugar in the seasoned rice vinegar caramelizes under the broiler and the sweet, salty vinegar works perfectly with the tangy mustard. While my original recipe only had two ingredients, I've added Sriracha hot sauce and a pinch of salt."

Simply mix a little miso paste with brown sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce; spoon it over the fish filets, and fry the glazed filets in a hot pan until beautifully caramelized. "This miso-glazed recipe features Barramundi, a mild, flaky, white-fleshed fish that you'll probably be seeing more and more due to its reputation as a sustainable, eco-friendly seafood.
